1. Area of application

BJT Pack, Inc., referred to below as BJT, is a contract service provider in the area of Sustainable Protective Packaging Solutions.

The terms and conditions below apply to all contracts entered into between BJTand the Buyer for the delivery of goods, manufacturing of works and rendering of services.   They apply to the entire duration of the business relationship, even if they are not explicitly agreed on once more.

The conditions are considered accepted at the latest by receiving the service or goods.  

Deviating conditions of the ordering parts, which BJT does not acknowledge in writing, are not binding for BJT , even if not explicitly contradicted.

2.  Offer and contract conclusion

2.1.  The offers from BJT are subject to change and non-binding, unless BJT has designated them in writing as binding.

2.2.   Acceptance statements and all orders require a written order confirmation from BJT to become legally effective.  The contract only becomes valid with the written order confirmation from BJT and in accordance with its content or through delivery or service.  BJT is entitled to involve third parties to meet the contract obligations.             Deviating from the above, when ordering commercially available goods, order acceptance is granted by call-offs and invoice payment.

3.  General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.        You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks;    and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.        Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.   You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.        The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Returns and refunds

Return Policy Overview

We hope you are satisfied with the products of BJT Pack, Inc.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and shipment for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging.  You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

Mail returns will be subject to the return processing fee.

All refunds are made using the original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees and donations are non-refundable.

Items labeled “non-returnable” on promotional pages.

International customers who purchase from AOL are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to return

To contact us, email us at info@lockedair.com or +1 440-318-1777 with your order number and the item you would like to exchange or replace.

Select the item you want to return, then print the return label, place the packing list inside, and then attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

Ship your package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice, or have the carrier pick up your return directly from your home.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please allow up to 15 business days to post your refund with your original payment method.
